Yes — every service is delivered online by secure video, so we can work together wherever you are in the world. All you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.
How do I know which service is right for me?+
If you're not sure, start with a Centering Session, or book a free discovery call. I'll always point you toward the level of support that genuinely fits your needs — never the most expensive one.
Do I have to follow low-FODMAP forever?+
No, and please don't. Low-FODMAP is a short-term diagnostic tool. The whole point of my process is to reintroduce foods and leave you with the most varied, liberal diet your gut can comfortably handle.
Are you a qualified dietitian?+
Yes — I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). Everything I recommend is grounded in current evidence and tailored to you as an individual, not copied from a generic plan.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?+
Life happens. You can reschedule any session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. The Calm Gut Circle membership can be paused or cancelled anytime.
Do you work with GPs or gastroenterologists?+
Absolutely. I'm happy to work alongside your doctor or specialist, and I'll always flag anything that needs medical review rather than a dietary change.
